# Планирование

Планирование работает по принципу снизу вверх, введите показателя по сотрудникам, а планы для отделов и организации суммируются из показателей сотрудников.

Для планирования показателей, в отчете "По сотрудникам" нажмите на сотрудника, откроется окно для ввода плановых показателей.

Данные можно заполнить из плана или факта предыдущего года, а также в ручном режиме.
